My Story
My journey into civil engineering started long before I opened REALINED.
When I was young, my parents renovated our home, and I spent a lot of time on-site with the builders. I asked endless questions about how things worked, how structures stayed standing, and why certain decisions were made.
At one point, during the construction of a new floor and ceiling on the third storey, I asked the contractor:
“How do you know this slab won’t collapse?”
His vague answer — combined with a nervous tap on the fresh concrete — made me realise he didn’t truly understand.
That moment planted the idea that I want to be the person who does understand.
To know the details, the logic, the engineering behind every decision.
This curiosity eventually became my profession.
How REALINED Was Built
Every project I worked on shaped me.
No two were the same — each had its challenges, its lessons, and the people who influenced how I see engineering today.
Over the years, I learned that successful construction depends on two things:
Engineers who see the full picture, and
Technicians who deliver the level of detail that holds everything together.
REALINED was created to bring these two worlds together.
